CORPORATE RE-BRANDING
The West Lakes Redevelopment Project added 12,500sqm of retail space costing approx. $62 million. The project took almost 12 months to complete with considerable disruption to normal mall traffic for retailers and customers alike. NRG’s brief was two fold. First to develop a range of materials to assist the leasing department sell the new concept and generate leasing enquiries.
A range of presentation collateral was designed which included a high-end promotional kit, mobile banners, promotional gifts, and other materials. Secondly, a fully staged presentation was created which included a themed event with promotional gifts, info pack and DVD presentation to win over existing retailers.
